Do you supply trade and wholesale?
Yes. Tell us the sizes and quantities you need and we will quote you.
What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum. Send us the quantities and we will tell you what pricing applies.
Can I mix colours and sizes in one order?
Yes. Most trade orders are a spread of widths in both colours.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. The price per screen falls with quantity. Ask us for a quote against your own numbers.
Who buys wholesale from you?
Property managers, caravan and RV dealers, holiday parks, builders and hardware retailers.
Can you supply an apartment block or a park?
Yes. Uniform sizes across many doorways is the most common trade order we take.
Do you hold stock for a rolling order?
Talk to us about what you need and when. We will tell you honestly what we can hold.
Can you make non standard sizes in bulk?
Yes. Send the measurements with the quantities and we will quote.
Do you supply unbranded?
Ask us. What we can do depends on the quantity.
How long does a wholesale order take?
Stock sizes ship on the same 24 to 48 hour handling time. Larger or custom runs take longer, and we tell you how long when we quote.
Is delivery included on trade orders?
Delivery is free on any order over $75, which covers effectively every trade order.
Do you deliver to multiple sites?
Yes. Send us the addresses with the order and we will split the delivery.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Buy a single screen at the normal price to check it suits before committing to a run.
What payment terms do you offer?
Tell us what you need when you ask for a quote and we will tell you what we can do.
Do you invoice with GST?
Yes. Every invoice shows GST, and all listed prices include it.
Are the screens the same as the retail ones?
Yes. Same screen, same mesh, same magnets. Only the price per unit changes.
What is the mesh specification?
Coated fibreglass at 15 by 17 density. The supplier does not publish a fuller specification and we do not invent one.
Do the screens carry a warranty?
Goods are covered by the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law. Tell us if anything is wrong and we will sort it.
Can you supply fitting instructions in bulk?
Yes. Every screen ships with instructions, and we can send you a master copy to reproduce.
How hard are they to fit?
About ten minutes each with no tools. That matters when you are doing forty of them.
Do you supply replacement velcro tape?
Ask us. We can usually supply tape separately on a trade order.
Can we resell these?
Yes. Talk to us about quantities and pricing.
Do you dropship for retailers?
Ask us. It depends on the volume and the destinations.
Who is my contact?
Email us and the same person handles your account from quote through to delivery.
How do I start?

Yes, always. Nothing is agreed on a phone call alone.
Can I visit to see the product?
We sell online only and hold no showroom. Buying one screen is the fastest way to see it.
